Privacy & cookie policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit your-developer.co.uk, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Who is responsible for this site

This site is operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. It is a business website, not a consumer service.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Analytics only runs if you choose to accept cookies when prompted.

Google Analytics collects:

  • Pages visited and time spent on them
  • How you arrived at the site (e.g. a search engine or a link)
  • General location (country or region — not precise location)
  • Device and browser type

Google Analytics does not collect your name, email address, or any other information that directly identifies you.

Data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google. Find out how Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites .

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. This site uses the following cookies:

The _ga and _ga_G-PX17G9BFDZ cookies are only set if you accept analytics. They are not set if you decline.

Contact form

If you use the contact form on this site, the information you submit (such as your name, email address, and message) is sent via email using Resend and used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, used for marketing, or shared with any third party beyond what is necessary to deliver the email (Resend, as the email delivery provider). Cloudflare Turnstile is used to prevent spam submissions; this does not set tracking cookies and does not require consent.

Submitted enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data is held about you
  • Request that it is deleted
  • Object to its processing

Google Analytics data is associated with anonymised identifiers, not your name or contact details. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

To change your cookie preference on this site, clear your browser cookies and reload the page — the consent banner will appear again.

Contact

To raise a question about data or privacy on this site, use the contact form.
